  2.       The Hardware sensors monitor

  4.       License for use and distribution

  7.       The Hmonitor is shareware. This means:
  8.  
  9.    1. All copyrights to Hmonitor are exclusively owned by the author
  10.       - Alexander Berezkin.
  11.  
  12.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  13.       Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish
  14.       to continue to use Hmonitor, you MUST register.
  15.  
  16.    3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  17.       use Hmonitor on one computer at a time, for any legal purpose.
  18.       The registered Hmonitor software may not be rented or leased,
  19.       but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving
  20.       it agrees to terms of this license.  If the software is an update,
  21.       the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  23.    4. The Hmonitor unregistered shareware version, may be distributed freely,
  24.       provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or
  25.       company may charge a fee for the distribution of Hmonitor without
  26.       written permission from the copyright holder.

  28.    5. To register you must complete the registration form and send
  29.       it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized
  30.       registration sites, see REGISTER.TXT.

  32.    6. HMONITOR IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  33.       KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  34.       THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
  35.       OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
  36.       THIS SOFTWARE.

  38.    7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  39.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  40.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
  41.       provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  42.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  43.       may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  45.       All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Alexander Berezkin.

  47.    8. Installing and using Hmonitor signifies acceptance of these terms
  48.       and conditions of the license.

  50.    9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  51.       Hmonitor files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
